Y.Access100 is an X-ray system with a ceiling tripod manipulator for radiography rooms. The system is based on a versatile scan manipulator in the form of a ceiling crane and is equipped with two mounts for X-ray tube and image intensifier or flat-panel detector. It can be easily accommodated in radiography rooms. The focus-to-detector distance (FDD) can be variably adjusted. The X-ray tube and image intensifier or flat-panel detector are aligned to each other. All that's needed is a joystick to move them in a horizontal and vertical direction.

The X-ray system is built up out of a building-block system. As a result, it can be adapted optimally to suit the various inspection tasks.

As an advanced upgrade, Y.Access100 can also be delivered with a computer-guided workflow control unit for preprogrammed, semiautomatic X-ray operation. This way inspections can be run automatically and the inspection results become reproducible.
